My name is Karen Mercanti

Born in Italy to British / Italian parents, I have a unique blend of cultural and professional experiences, having lived and worked in both Italy and the UK, while also traveling extensively internationally.

With a solid background in personnel management, customer service, and business operations across various industries, I’ve developed strong skills in administration, team coordination, and project management.

My 15 years in the UK, coupled with my bilingual fluency in English and Italian, have given me a deep understanding of international business practices and the ability to navigate cross-cultural environments effectively.

After returning to Italy, I founded Mercanti Virtual Assistant Services to help businesses streamline their operations and overcome the complexities of working in a bilingual setting.
